📧 How to Claim Your Donation

After completing your donation, please send an email to:

Step 1 - Email Subject
Use the following format:

Prontera Realm Donation - Your Character Name
Example:
Prontera Realm Donation - MyCharNAME

Step 2 - Email Content
Include the following:

Your donation amount.
A clear screenshot or picture of your payment receipt.

Step 3 - Wait for Verification
Once your donation has been verified, our staff will reply to your email with your Claim Code.

Step 4 - Claim In Game
Use the Claim Code at the PROMOTIONAL CODE NPC to receive your Proof of Donation (PODs).

💙 Processing time may vary depending on staff availability. Please keep your receipt until your donation has been successfully claimed.
